Renew your diet with these recipes with chicken

When we think about introducing some meat in our healthy meals, we think of chicken, since it is the meat that contains less fat .

Many of you think that eating healthy It's boring: everything grilled, steamed or boiled. That is why we have thought of giving you some ideas to cook those dishes that you like so much with fewer calories to be able to introduce them to your diet:

1. Baked chicken wings with buffalo sauce

337 grams of skimmed yogurt

120 grams of ranch sauce

453 grams of boneless chicken

110 grams of bread crumbs

235 ml of hot sauce

1.5 tablespoon of butter

1 spoon of paprika

Half a dessert spoon of salt


  • In a bowl, mix the yogurt and the ranch sauce
  • Once mixed, divide them in two: put one half in a plastic bag, and the other half save it to wet the chicken once done.
  • Put the chicken wings in the plastic bag with mix the yogurt and cover the chicken well
  • Chill the bag with the chicken for 30 minutes in the fridge
  • Preheat the oven to 180º
  • In the meantime, take the wire rack from the oven and place it on top of a hunt big roll
  • Grab a large cup and put the bread crumbs and salt (you may need more)
  • Once the 30 minutes have passed, remove the chicken wings from the fridge and cover them with the breadcrumbs before putting them on the rack.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes
  • While the chicken is cooking, heat a pan with the paprika and the butter
  • Once the chicken is done, mix it well in the saucepan with the hot sauce mixture and place it on a plate

2. Paleo-style chicken sticks



2 chicken wings without skin and boneless

50 gr of almond flour

1 teaspoon of paprika

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

1 teaspoon of chili powder

0.5 teaspoon of black pepper coffee

2 eggs

0.5 teaspoon of salt coffee


  • Preheat the oven to 180 °
  • Cut the chicken into long strips about 2 cm wide
  • Mix in a bowl the almond flour and all the ingredients except the eggs
  • In another bowl beat the eggs
  • Cover the baking tray with baking paper or sprinkle with olive oil
  • Dip each strip of chicken into the egg and then cover it with the almond flour mixture
  • Place each strip of chicken on the baking sheet
  • Finally, bake for 20 minutes
