How to lose weight without training

It may seem strange, but according to Harley Pasternak, personal trainer of celebrities like Megan Fox, Katy Perry, Rihanna and Kim Kardashian says that if you want to lose weight The least important part is going to the gym . Pasternak says that a week has 168 hours, and although you train 2, 3, 4 or 5 times a week for an hour, you are not working even 95% of the week. So everything you do during this time is much more important than what you do in the gym.

1. Move yourself
Before going to the gym, during the first two weeks, start walking 10,000, then 12,000 and finally up to 14,000 steps. With a FitBit it will be much easier to keep track and maintain your motivation to achieve your goal.
Once you start the gym, you will see that the workouts will be easier to carry out.
2. Restore your diet
Pasternak follows a body replacement diet (explained in his best-selling book of 2013 Body Reset Diet ) which consists of consuming 3 shakes and 2 snacks per day during the first five days. During the next five days substitute the dinner shake for one of the following regular meals: soup, salad, sandwich, sautéed, sushi or a fruit and vegetable smoothie. This diet will help you to restore metabolism, digestion and appetite.
Focus on having a quality sleep , as it is proven that those people who do not rest well have a tendency to gain more weight because the hormones that control hunger are they shoot, and the hormones that tell the brain that we're full are suppressed.
